Whiting Crescent Open Space is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is popular with dog walkers. It also has a footpath running along one side. The land is generally flat although it banks to the right hand side of the field. The site adjacent to the open space is earmarked for development, both commercial and residential. A possibility exists in the future for the playing field to be extended.
