Halton Village Millennium Green in Spark Lane, Halton Village:  purchased, managed and owned by a Charitable Trust composed of local volunteers. There are three gates all of which have disabled access.  There is a shale path running through a large grassed  area which is mown regularly.  There is a wooded area and Wildflower Meadow with sculpture designed by local schoolchildren. There are two picnic tables, two separate benches and knee rails facing the Lane.  There is also a Noticeboard, two signs and two dog bins.  There is  free access and the Green is used 365 days a year by local people and community groups.  Children play and have impromptu games of football, cricket, rounders etc.  Young mothers and toddlers meet and Dog walkers use the Green regularly throughout the year.  The Trust hosts a  Free Family Fun Day annually which is attended by over 2000 people.
